Tenable surprised me today when I was working with the .nessus files. I was hoping to add my own custom tag to the xml file, import it into the Nessus Client, then make a change, and re-save the XML file and still have my custom tag in there. Apparently you can do that! Thanks Tenable!

Firebug has been more cool recently too. I mistakenly put an alert() into a big loop recently and proceeded to hang firefox. I knew there was a better way since I had read about it in the past, and I knew it involved Firebug, so I went to look. Firebug has a real cool 'console' object that you can use to log stuff instead of using alert. Also, they have a special js file you can use to keep the browser from erroring if Firebug is not installed. Cool!
